Origami is looking for an exceptional self-motivated Sales Support individual to provide help the Sales and Commercial Teams to drive Origami’s ambitious plans for revenue growth.

Origami’s cloud-based data platform sits at the centre of the clean energy transition. This sector is experiencing exceptionally high growth and as our product becomes more powerful, we are looking for a highly organised individual with the ability to work independently and to juggle the competing priorities of a growing team.

This role is crucial to the success of our commercial team at an exciting time of growth, and will support with:

  • Administrative support for the commercial teams including
    • Building high impact presentations, and assisting with meeting planning
    • Being a Salesforce superuser for the team
  •  Creating and maintaining streamlined and efficient processes, and maintaining accurate file storage
  • Customer and Market Research
    • Create briefing packs ahead of internal and external meetings by researching public domain information
    • Scanning published research for market insight which may help the commercial team
    • Flagging industry events or news which may assist Origami reach its goals
  • Sales and account logistics
    • Attend customer meetings and take relevant minutes, track actions and ensure effective follow up
    • Support the bid process, coordinating information from different teams in a time sensitive manner
    • Assist with projects within the commercial team when possible

You belong in this team if

  • You have at least 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a high tech industry
  • You have amazing communication skills in all forms
  • A high level of comfort working in ambiguity
  • An interest in clean technology
  • Great Microsoft skills
  • Organised by nature with a love of fine grain detail
